At Fanka US, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached before securely packing them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
